March of the Pig, 即Halo 7, 是Nine Inch Nails第二张录音室专辑The Downward Spiral的第一单曲, 发行于1994年2月25日, 早于专辑. 它也是专辑中的一首曲目的名字.

在准备发行The Downward Spiral期间, Reznor已经重新召集他的现场乐队, 为即将来临的Self Destruct Tour做准备. 他们和导演Peter Christopherson一起, 为March of the Pig完成了一个MV. MV非常简单, 乐队在白色背景下表演这首歌. 在其中可以窥见一丝NIN现场极富挑动性的特点. Reznor在采访里说, 他们为这个MV做了两个版本, 第一个花了很多钱, 但效果惨不忍睹; 由于没有经费了, 他们决定只用一台摄像机再拍一个简单的, 大约拍了15次, 然后挑出一个最不尴尬的. Reznor还表示, 是他妈妈挑出来的[1]. 在线观看点这里.

在2006年年底通过网络泄露出来的Closure DVD里, 出现了另一个版本的MV片段. 乐队在一个红色的山洞似的地方表演, 地上积着水, 还能见到一个侏儒.

单曲的美国版含有这首歌的两个混音版, The Downward Spiral中另一个曲目"Reptile"的两个混音版, 还有一首未出现在专辑里的器乐作品, "A Violet Fluid". 英国版为两张碟(分开销售的), 比起美国版, 多了一首电台编辑版的"March of the Pigs"以及The Downward Spiral中的"Big Man with a Gun".
